I was born and raised in Oakland, and today, I still call it home. I started cosmetology school in 2018 and have been enjoying this entire journey. My interest in hair started in high school when I used to get my hair colored often. It felt like every month, I had a new color. It was then that I realized how much I enjoyed coloring hair.

I am training to be a curly hair specialist at Twist Salon and loving every moment. Since I have curls myself, of course, I want to take care of my own hair properly. This naturally made me more curious about specializing in curly hair. Never did I realize the whole science behind treating curly hair.

When you are put into my hands at the shampoo bowl, I look to provide the best service. Whether it's relaxation or a bit of humor, my goal is to have you feeling better than you did before coming in.
