Are you ready to start your Curl Journey?

You are in the right place. Our team will provide you with a customized cut/color that compliments your natural curls and works with your lifestyle. We believe in providing the best of the best in service, education, and products.

Please choose a 1st-time TwistCut if this is your first visit or if it has been over 3 years since your last visit. We have made improvements to the Twist Experience and this gives us the time to personalize your service.

Scheduling Your First Visit:

We are excited to see you and thank you for choosing Twist Salon. All bookings are made online. If you need help booking, click here. A credit card and a small deposit are required if you are not sure what service to book, feel free to email us any questions.

We are opening our schedule one month at a time on the third Saturday of each month at 12 noon. The schedule begins for the following month. 

Our schedule has been filling up quickly, so please be ready at noon. If nothing is open, remember that another month of availability will open up in just four weeks. We have started a waitlist for existing guests on our Facebook page. 

If you are new to Twist Salon, create a profile by clicking the "I'm Ready" button. Look for an opening on our Instagram stories and our existing guest portal. 

Pre-Visit:

The week of your appointment, expect a Pre-visit Consultation Form in your inbox. Please fill it out. It helps your stylist provide a complete consultation. 

We ask that you discontinue using any heavy butters or oils in your hair two weeks before your 1st time Twist Cut or schedule a detox treatment before your Twist Cut. 

Your First Visit:

Parking: There's plenty of free street parking. There is a 2 hour limit on parking right in front, but the side streets have no time limit.

Cancellation Policy:  We value your time and hope you value ours too. If you need to cancel your appointment, we require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do that will result in a 100% charge of services booked to the card on file.

How to Arrive for your Twist Cut: Please arrive with your hair 100% dry & in its natural texture. Second-day hair is best. No hat, clips, ponytails, braids, or buns, as we need to see your curl pattern for this dry cut. Light products are okay, i.e., curl cream and gel. 

 

 We love to document your curl journey, and if you are open to photos, we would love to capture some.

Covid-19: Currently, our policy is mask up and cancel if you have any cold or flu symptoms. If you have been exposed to anyone with Covid, we ask that you reschedule your appointment. 

Post-Visit:

We love to get positive reviews, but we also appreciate and listen to all feedback. Google, Yelp, Facebook reviews are great review platforms.
