Prior to Scheduling
Thank you for considering Twist Salon! Please check out our service menu before scheduling.
The first step in scheduling your initial appointment is this New Client Form. It will guide you to select the appropriate service and ensure that Twist Salon is the perfect fit for your needs. Upon approval, you'll receive scheduling instructions. Please note that all bookings are made online.
We open our schedule one month at a time on the third Saturday of each month at 12 noon, for appointments in the following month.
Once you receive the scheduling link, you can book your appointment online. If you need assistance, click here. A credit card and a small deposit are required to secure your appointment.
If our appointments are fully booked, you can sign up for our New Guest Waitlist to be notified of any cancellations. If you're unable to book, check back with us on the 3rd Saturday of each month at noon when new bookings go live.

Pre-Visit:
Once you have scheduled your appointment. You will receive a Pre-visit Consultation Form in your inbox two days before your appointment. Please fill it out. This helps us customize your experience at Twist Salon.
We ask that you discontinue using any heavy butters or oils on your hair two weeks before your Twist Cut.

Your Visit:
Parking: There's plenty of free street parking. There is a 2-hour limit on parking right in front, but the side streets have no time limit.
​
Cancellation Policy: We value your time and hope you appreciate ours too. We require 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do that will result in a 100% charge of services booked to the card on file.

How to Arrive for your Twist Cut: For a successful appointment, please arrive with your hair 100% dry & in its natural texture. Second-day hair is best. If the hair is stretched, we cannot see your natural curl pattern without a hat, clips, ponytails, braids, or buns. Light products are okay, i.e., curl cream and gel. As stated above, do not style your hair with sticky, greasy products like shea butter or coconut oil. Failure to do so could result in additional costs or the cancellation of your service.
We love documenting your curl journey, and if you are open to photos, we would love to capture your experience at Twist Salon.

Post-Visit:
We love to get positive reviews but also appreciate and listen to all feedback. Google, Yelp, and Facebook reviews are great review platforms.
