Online Booking
We open online bookings for each month at noon on the third Saturday of the previous month. If dates are marked out, we're fully booked.

Twist Salon Policies
To ensure a positive experience for all our guests, please take a moment to review our salon policies.
Reschedule or Cancel
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late changes will result in a 100% charge to the card on file. To book or reschedule an appointment, please visit our online booking site.
Redos
Your satisfaction is our priority! If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within seven days of your service, and we'll gladly make adjustments. After one week, standard pricing will apply.
Late Arrivals
Please do your best to arrive at your appointment time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time are considered a no-show, and our late cancellation policy will apply.
Retail Returns
Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days if lightly used.
Card on File
A valid credit card is required to book your appointment and may be charged according to our cancellation policy.
Guests & Pets
To ensure a relaxing and focused experience for all, and due to limited space, we kindly ask that you come to your appointment alone. We cannot accommodate extra guests, friends, family, or pets.
Phone Etiquette
Please help us maintain a serene atmosphere by keeping your phone on silent during your visit.
Photo/Video Consent
We love celebrating your beautiful curls! By booking an appointment, you provide consent for us to use photos and videos of your hair for marketing purposes.

How to Prepare
​Dealing with Tangles or Mattes?
If you haven't been able to detangle your hair in the past week, please email us at alameda@twist-salon.com in advance. This allows us to assess if we have time to add a detangling service to your appointment.
Bring Inspo Pics
Have a vision for your hair? Bring along photos that inspire you—visuals help us understand your desired look and speak the same hair language! You can also include them on your Pre-Visit Consultation form.
Camera-Ready (Optional)
We love documenting your curl journey! If you're open to it, we'd be thrilled to capture photos and videos of your transformation.
