We open online bookings for each month at noon on the third Saturday of the previous month. If dates are marked out, we're fully booked.

Twist Salon Policies
To ensure a positive experience for all our guests, please take a moment to review our salon policies.
Reschedule or Cancel
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late changes will result in a 100% charge to the card on file. To book or reschedule an appointment, please visit our online booking site.
Redos
Your satisfaction is our priority! If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within seven days of your service, and we'll gladly make adjustments. After one week, standard pricing will apply.
Late Arrivals
Please do your best to arrive at your appointment time.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time are considered a no-show, and our late cancellation policy will apply.
Retail Returns
Products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days if lightly used.
Card on File
A valid credit card is required to book your appointment and may be charged according to our cancellation policy.
Guests & Pets
To ensure a relaxing and focused experience for all, and due to limited space, we kindly ask that you come to your appointment alone. We cannot accommodate extra guests, friends, family, or pets.
Phone Etiquette
Please help us maintain a serene atmosphere by keeping your phone on silent during your visit.
Photo/Video Consent
We love celebrating your beautiful curls! By booking an appointment, you provide consent for us to use photos and videos of your hair for marketing purposes.

How to Prepare
For a Twist Cut

Arrive with your hair 100% dry and in its natural texture (second-day hair is often best!).

Avoid wearing hats, ponytails, clips, buns, or braids, as these can stretch your curls and make it challenging to achieve the perfect shape.

Light styling products like gel or curl cream are fine, but please avoid heavy oils or butters.

Please note: Not following these preparation steps may result in additional costs or the need to reschedule your appointment.
For a Color Service
Arrive with your hair detangled and free of powders, oils, or heavy butters on your scalp or hair.
Please let us know if you have ever had an allergic reaction to color.

If you have used henna hair color, please let us know.

​Need extra help with Detangling?
No judgment, care.
If you've had trouble detangling, let us know when you book so we can block extra time and make sure you're comfortable.
